RETURNS POLICY

If you wish to exercise your right to return products under our Terms and Conditions of Sale please contact us and we will provide you with further information on how to return products to us.
All products must be returned to us by recorded delivery to KAD Ltd, Brooker Farm, Newchurch, Romney Marsh, Kent, TN29 0DT and you will be responsible for the delivery costs for both sending and returning the products.
You have a legal responsibility to keep the products in perfect condition and in your possession until they are returned to us.

We charge a fee to cover the administration and additional PayPal and bank charges we incur for these transactions.
